THE BUILDING

Torre Habana was built in 2004 and is located on Cuba Avenue in Bella Vista, a chic art deco neighborhood surrounded by mahogany trees and stately mansions, four blocks from Balboa Avenue on the Pacific Ocean.  The building has a social area on the top floor for events and birthday parties. Each apartment has a covered parking space. There are two elevators. Concierge service is available from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and security from 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

THE APARTMENT

Unit 9B (1,060 square feet) is located in the 12th floor (there are three parking levels), fully furnished, featuring two bedrooms and two baths, balcony, living and dining room, kitchen, laundry and  storage room complete with washer and dryer combo. Master bedroom features a queen bed and the master bath whilst secondary bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom outside the bedroom that can also be used by visitors.  Breathtaking unblocked ocean views, overlooking the Punta Pacifica and Punta Paitilla neighborhoods on one end, and on the other, Casco Antiguo (Old City) district and the Amador Causeway and the Pacific entry to the Panama Canal.  Priced to rent at $1,500 per month.  Rental includes television and gas.  Cable television and high speed internet service available.  The apartment includes all appliances, kitchen, silver and glassware, as well as linen and towels.  

 

Our service includes optional VIP airport transfers with a bilingual driver on a BMW, Porsche Cayenne or armored Suburban for $35 each way.  This VIP transport service is also available at $20 per hour, for private use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at your leisure.
